Pros: The staff was friendly but the overall experience was poor as I had to wait 2 hours to get a car and there was a no other car on the lot. The price was also too high Cons: The wait time for too long. The price was too high. The car didn't drive smooth

Rental Conditions

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage (except for local residents), Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1785.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick up), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, State Tax.
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for 15 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 2 year(s).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 1 month.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The daily limit on the card used for payment must be high enough to cover the deposit. Otherwise, purchase of the following insurance policy(ies): Super Peace of Mind Cover is mandatory.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else's card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Vehicles can only be driven within the State of pickup.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Please note that the rental company will check for any endorsements or penalties (traffic offenses or penalty points) on renter's driver license and that renter may be refused the car if there have been any in the last 5 years.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
